Hard to thread
As other reviewers have noted, the old elastic straps tend to stretch out over time. This was a good solution for me. The only caveat is that even after watching the instructional video, I had trouble threading the new straps. I even tried needle nose pliers, and it was just a huge struggle because the ends are VERY thick. I redneck engineered a solution by cutting off the ends and sealing the edges with clear nail polish to avoid fraying. After that I had no issue. The straps are long enough (for me, at least) to avoid any chance of the straps coming loose. I also repurposed the loops from the old straps so that the ends wouldn't flop on my runs.
