Phone. Flask. Vest. PFV V2.0: Ideal for running and riding less than 2 hours.

I took a chance and purchased the PFV 2.0 for coastal rowing and I'm glad I did. It fits comfortably and sits high enough on my chest to where it doesn't effect my stroke rate. I also like that I can hydrate on the move and don't have to stop, hold my oars and reach around my feet for a bottle. It's also nice to have on a 2 - 3 hour hike. I can sinch down a spare flask and light jacket on the backside of the PFV and I'm Good To Go!

This vest has worked well on my trail runs. The fit is secure with no bounce. The accessibility of the soft flask is perfect. Thanks.

I have been wanting to try the PFV for a while… finally got one and don’t know why I waited this long! I had been worried about how it would fit on my body. But all my worries were gone the minute I put it on and cinched the side straps. Honestly barely noticed it was there, the fit was great, no bounce, comfortable. It Carrie’s anything I might need for a short run and keeps my hands free. I’m really happy with the PFV!

I love this vest. I had originally bought it in sm/md per the size recommendations in the description. I really liked it, but I always felt it was a bit small. I finally ordered another in the lg/X-Large size and now it’s perfect. I have already sold the smaller one to a friend. One piece of advice for potential buyers. I’m 6’1” 200-ish lbs, but I’m not broad of chest, so the measurements put me in a medium. If you are over 6 foot and not a small build, just get the large/xl. You don’t just get a larger circumference, you also get more vest lower on your chest and back. This made all the difference for me and now it feels right. I loved the small one even though it didn’t fit quite right but the large is the sweet spot. If you get it sized properly, you can’t go wrong. I’m actually learning this about a lot of my gear. I’m a tweener on most everything and I’m learning that sizing up is usually the way to go.
