Los bolsillos integrados para hielo te ayudan a mantenerte fresco mientras corres o montas en bicicleta, o pueden contener algunos geles, teléfono y nutrición. Lo llamamos Arm Cooler (¡pero en invierno es el calentador de mangas y portaequipajes!). Con dos bolsillos, uno en el bíceps y otro en el antebrazo, puedes cargar hielo en una situación de carrera para mantenerte fresco. Nota sobre el tamaño: ¡Mida con el bíceps flexionado! Extra Small es para bíceps de 7" a 9". El tamaño pequeño es para bíceps de 9" a 11". El tamaño mediano es para bíceps de 11" a 13". Grande es para bíceps de 13" a 16". Extra grande es para bíceps de más de 16 pulgadas.
My friend has a set of these and loves them. I have only used them once thus far but they are amazing and fit well. Seems like they should have no issues holding up to the ruggedness of the trails.

I bought the sleeves to cover my arms during the heat or shield the sun my arms were getting on the ride. I measured my arms as required to find out the sleeves run tight. It would be suggested that you order one size up. They fit very snugly and have provided some relief from the direct sun. I think they will also be warm in the winter once we get there.
I’ve worn this sleeve for 6 weeks now and could not be happier. It has kept me comfortable in the early morning waiting for the start of a race and of course kept my arms from burning on multi-hour runs. I used them during a marathon two weeks ago and not once did I find them uncomfortable the entire race. They slide on easy and even better I don’t have to remove my Apple Ultra as the sleeves can both be put on and removed with the watch in place. My arm size was a 13.5 bicep in between Med and Large so I went for a medium and it hasn’t bothered me at all. At 5’6” the length of the medium is perfect for my arm.
Fit is good. Just starting to train with these in the Texas Heat in my prep runs for the hot summer runs!! Used these this past weekend with a heat index of 101F. Felt great and stayed in place the complete run, 13 miles.
