Unlike many running and cycling vests, we balance the use of stretchy materials where needed for comfort, but use firm materials in critical areas to maintain stability of fluids and gear. This pack is excellent for carrying your fluids, plus sized phone, electrolytes, and essentials while running and riding!
Key to fit, cinch the sides first, not the front, until you feel the pack anchor on your shoulders. Then adjust the front harness as needed.
Fit: This pack is designed to be friendly with your curves. Just slide the sliders up and down to find the optimal fit. Max chest size is a 52” chest. If you need bigger let us know and we will add more to them!

I'm 71 years old and 3 years post total hip replacement. Since about the age of 10, maybe 5, when I soloed the City of Westminster city water tower, I have pursued things adventurous and athletic. Fifty some years ago, I set the all time record for monkey bars in the Army. I have rock climbed, a lot! - soloing The Steck Salathe on the Sentinel, among many, many other routes. I've done close to about 100 adventure races of one sort or another including 34 expedition races; long races - multisport, on foot, on bike, on horse, and in a kayak where in one notable race my son and I hold the record.
I've used lots of gear, all kinds of gear. This little pack, this running vest is just about the most well thought out, well designed, and well made piece of gear I've ever used.
It is perfect for me. It fills the niche between short runs where I might run with nothing and longer runs where I need a bigger pack or resupply.
This running vest, along with my kettlebells, mountain bike, and kayak are central to the next phase of my fitness journey.

Perfect pack for long gravel races for a few reasons: sits high enough so you can still use jersey pockets. Easier to fill and close than camelback, love the quick drop pouches for nutrition.

In recent races I've found that if I have any barrier to getting to nutrition easily that I'm the type of person that simply wont try any longer and power through. Obviously for longer endurance races this mentality has become problematic. The V3.0 has checked all the boxes for me as it provide a 2.L bladder, some minimal storage in the pack and all the strap pockets one could need. I specifically appreciate the upper shoulder pockets that allows for quick access. I've tried so many other packs in this category but the lack of nutrition storage in the straps continued to be a problem. This pack has me covered.
