Two 1 liter hydration packs filled to brim were able to be packed into my Nathan pack allowing me to carry water and electrolytes without having a second pack. Very helpful. Great size.

Perfect for up to marathon runs, and also ultra's where you can top up at aid stations. Fits great in my running backpacks and easy to top up at aid stations or from water fountains. Light weight which I really like.
I bought these for the kids as I could not find smaller bladders for them to carry. These are perfect!
